At your first Chiropractic appointment at Littlehampton Natural Health Centre, we like to spend some time getting to know you, your reasons for visiting the clinic and what you are hoping to achieve. We typically start with an informal chat, finding out information on your current and past hobies & work activities. So we can best help you, we like to build up a comprehensive personal history which can include details on any past injuries, current medication and any related conditions, some of these details may not seem relevant, however they can be beneficial to the Chiropractor when building a complete picture of who you are, why your symptoms may have started and how we can best help you.

The physical can include assessing your joint range of motion, muscle strength, gait, skin sensations, neurological function and perform some specific orthopaedic tests. If necessary we will also run through a cardiovascular, respiratory and abdominal screening. These tests will help us get an overall view of your health and help us with our diagnosis.
