What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is concerned with the optimal function of the body systems, e.g. digestion, endocrine, nervous, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, reproductive, renal and skeletal and how they are functioning individually as well as how they impact and work with the other systems. This is done through testing different muscle circuits by checking specific movement which indicates how that neurological circuit fires or whether it is interrupted. Although it is often thought of as muscle testing it is essentially working on our neurological pathways and their biofeedback mechanism.
