AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils extracted from plants, herbs, flowers, grasses and fruits. These can be applied through massage and inhalation to enhance health and wellbeing.

Aromatherapy has its roots in the most ancient healing practices of mankind, for the plants from which we now derive essential oils have been used for thousands of years before the technique of distilling oils was discovered. A regular aromatherapy body massage will bring about and retain for much longer, a dramatic improvement in wellbeing and general health, increased vitality and a visible improvement in the texture and colour of the skin.

Aromatherapy helps to heal and prevent illness and disease, improves circulation and eliminates toxins.
